Chicken ate rubber lizard, please help

Hi, my hen ate a soft rubber lizard, about the size of an adults finger yesterday. her crop was not full last night going to bed, i could feel it in there, and this morning i was the same, with the same feeling of a small amount of scratch that was there last night. she has been sitting the the nest box all morning, and looking defensive when i go to see her. I'm wondering if anyone has had this happen. Does it pass through, should i try get her to puke it up? I read about syringe feeding her a bit of water, i may try this just to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated in the meantime.

she laid an egg, and since has been acting normal.
