Chicken Attack - What to do? Please help.

One of our chickens was attacked and survived (one didn't), but the would looks terrible. I can't afford a vet and don't think I can do much more than rinse the wound off.

Should we rinse it and hope she heals or euthanize her?

Can't see the pic. Chickens are hardy, you could try to let it heal.

Try putting https:// in front. Or, operator error on my part.

So, even if she has what look like organs sticking out or showing, wash it and hope for the best?
