Chicken Bling!

    My chickens are more pets than they are for livestock, so I can't help but be silly with them.
    I found this flat wire at hobby Lobby and as I already have a stamping set, I made them name bands! On the other leg I plan to put my phone number in case for any reason they get loose. What do you think? [​IMG]

    Is the wire nice and smooth so it won't hurt their legs. I don't know about phone number. Maybe you could leave a work no. so strangers don't have your home number. With all the strange goings-on in the world, I think the less info. the public gets, is best.

    i disagree drumstick (sorry) If someone cares enough to chase down and catch the chicken, they would hopefully have good intentions, but it is good to excersise some caution

    The "wire" is flat and very smooth, much like a toy ring you'd get from a vending machine. As for my number, I'm a SAHM that sells artisinal breads from home, and it's the same number I use for that. I've never had any trouble with people. [​IMG]
