Chicken Books...Farm Animal Books

Can anyone recommend the BEST book available about raising chickens from start to finish ? Any just Farm Animal books either ? I have time to read during this wretched weather we are having. How about the books by Storey ? Thanks..

Last year TSC got a bunch of books about raising chickens the same time their chicks came in. They were pretty expensive for my taste... Especially when you can come here and gets lots of very good advice at no cost at all!

My favorite books so far is the Storey series. I got mine on Abebooks. They sell them really cheap.

Thanks, maybe I will just look at them at TSC and do a little speed reading......I really don't know how much more I can learn from anything else than this board.
