Chicken breed and sex?

Aren't Norfolk Grays large though? Or do they come in bantam sizes?
These look like bantams...

The one on right looks LF to me. The one on left is just sickly. I'm going to assume it's the same as the one on the right, he's also further from the camera which can lead to looking smaller. The features of these birds look LF. I have noticed in bantams the eyes tend to be much larger in proportion to their bodies. Here is a comparison of Plymouth Rock bantams versus large fowl. I'm not seeing the bulgy eyes in these birds, but I could be wrong.

After looking closer, WOW. The one in the back looks very sick - pale and dark comb, weak, and overall sad looking.

You must do something about it or he'll die.
Looks like some sort of respiratory disease..? @aart?

....looks weird. I see maybe some frostbite on wattles.
But hard to come to any conclusions(including certain death SMH) without more info....
....and a clearer pic.

Hopefully @Pictorhens comes back and gives more info.
