chicken breed?

We purchased this little gal back in April. She was only 15 grams at day 2. We were told she was a silkie. Now at two month old she only weighs 8 ounces, significantly smaller than her peers. Clearly she is not a silkie. What is she? Anyone knows? Thank you so much in advance.
