1) What type of bird-silkie , almost 12 weeks.
and weight-?
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Lays down all day now. Would sit and wouldn't get in co-op at first about a week ago. Would try to fly out of co-op but would end up jumping and flopping basically. We trimmed eye feathers with no changes. Continued to progress to just laying down. Bird would sit upright on hocks and would turn head to one side almost backwards. Can still move both legs. Right wing dosent move just is limp.

4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Crumbles and water on own if presented to her. Also egg yolk yogurt and applesauce mash by spoon.
Supplementing rooster booster vitamin supplement liquid suspension.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
We initially thought coccidosis so started giving flock code is in water.
Isolated said chicken and poop was normal. Still giving code is water as full treatment. Supplement food and vitamins.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Would like to treat her myself if possible

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use. Isolation in tub inside. Pine shavings. Outside is grass/dirt in run. Sand in coop.
