do chickens go threw puberty. I am a new chicken owner and went out this morning to feed. My black sex link cherp but it was a deeper cherp almost like a teenage boy how his voice is squeaky. Is this natural to happen or could something be wrong

Absolutely totally natural. When they first start to crow it can sound like a squeaky toy. Their chirps become clucks. Their behavior during adolescence can create a lot of headaches too but eventually most mature and become responsible adult chickens. Adolescence can be a rough ride though.
