I have one NHR that seems to way to "lay in bed' all the time- if you go close to her, she will move- but other then that she just stays put in one of the boxes. She seems to have a rattle sound in her lungs- which would be a lot like us having a chest cold. and a "bark" type cough. Her staying in the nesting box has lead to her getting injured from another hen who has become mean- and had more then half of her comb pecked OFF and blood all over her head. what do I do! HELP. Ive moved her so that she is alone. gave her food and water.

It sounds like your hen was broody. That means her maternal instincts were telling her to sit on the eggs ( incubating them until they hatch) and not let any other thing touch those eggs. This is most likely why she took the pecking from the other hen.

About the comb, keep her separate and it should heal.
