How many are you planning on housing in that? I'm curious, I have seven hens that are in a coop+run combo that I inherited from the previous house owner, but I've recently come to the conclusion that their accommodations need some serious improvements (especially in the rainy-rain-rain Pacific Northwest). The plot their current coop+run is on is about that big.

I forget what the exact measurements are for the area but I know
that it will comfortably house 20 chickens. I have 16 so they will have
plenty or room.

I do plan on free ranging them during the day so
they will be out and about anyhow.

DH is going to put a roof on
it so they will have some shade. It has three nesting baskets inside
with access to them by a side door.

I am looking forward to moving them in.
