Chicken Eye Bumps

So i noticed this a couple days ago, but my amerecauna hen has these little red bumps in the corner of her eye. She also shudders a little when she moves. Am i worrying over nothing?

It does look irritated. Possibly from sticking her head into somewhere she shouldn't have, but that's just a guess.

Her earlobes are also white, not sure what that’s about.

The white earlobes are probably just the normal color based on her genetics. Have you noticed her scratching or rubbing at the eye at all? If not, I'd just keep an eye on her to see how it goes and if it resolves. If the eye is or becomes irritated you can get terramycin eye ointment at most tractor supply stores, and use twice a day.
