Hi all! The first two pictures are her right eye on day one and day two. The last picture is her other eye ( I snapped a picture when she was sleeping ). I have been researching and keep coming back to an injury, but both of her eyes have problems which leads me to think it's an other issue. But, she is acting normal, eating, drinking, no sluggishness. Her breathing is fine and there is no discharge from the eyes, nostrils, or mouth. I don't see any pox on her comb either. I have been washing her eyes with saline and was thinking of adding neosporin to that regimen? I appreciate any insight and thank you thank thank you!

Looks like there's an abrasion/wound on her eye.
I would add the Neosporin or an eye ointment to your treatment plan.

The eye that's closed, hard to tell, but it may also have a scab?
Do you notice her scratching at her eyes? Could have been pecked in the eye, scraped it on fencing, etc.

Neosporin, I will apply that today. Unfortunately, it looks like she has developed some pox on her comb. I am thinking I have case of fowl pox. Maybe she was scratching at her pox and scratched up her eyes? I am now using some VetRx since I heard her sneeze a few times. I am applying it to her comb and nostrils. I also deep cleaned the coop and added some vinegar to the water and vitamins to their food.

Thank you so so much for replying! I have not dealt with this before so any advice at all is welcome.
