chicken feed question?

what should i feed my chickens and roosters? i have 9 total, 3 roosters about 20 weeks, 2 pullets about 20 weeks, a pullet maybe 25 weeks, and 2 mystery aged hens that are laying, what feed should i give them? the feed store recommended layer feed, but ive seen some posts that say it could be bad for the roosters and younger pullets?

Feed everyone a starter/grower and when you start getting eggs offer oyster shells in a bowl off to the side.
Roosters, Chicks, Growing Stock and Non-Laying hen do not need a diet high in Calcium.
