What location are you in? This will help narrow feed suggestions as some feeds may or may not be readily available to you. What you might want to do is visit a few area feed stores and see what brands are carried and what brands they might be willing to order in for you. Are your raising layers or meat birds? Do you intend to show your birds or are they for personal enjoyment/produciton?
I don't use water heaters - I just take water out 2-3 times a day during our sub-freezing period of the year. Is your coop wired with electric? What kind of waterer do you use/plan to use? There are many different options that may work depending on what you have available.
I use Sevin dust as needed for external parasites and livestock de-wormer for inernal.
The chickens are great insect prevention/killers - don't really use anything for that.
I recommend yearly beach vacations to maintain a happy healthy flock

- though I suspect you meant vaccinations - which I can't help with as I do not vaccinate my birds.
