Chicken has extremely pale comb is lethargic and some other chickens have whitish spots on combs???

Ok so 1 of my ISA browns has had a very pale comb and been lethargic for the last few days, I noticed today that a couple of the other ISA browns have whitish areas on their combs. What could it be?
- I put a dewormer in their water
- put mite dust in their coop and we dusted them with it yesterday aswell
- it has been around 30-35 degrees recently but now its back down to 16 (melbourne weather)
- We recently lost a chicken to a respiratory illness

They possibly could have favus, a fungal disease. Favus is controlled by miconazole or lotrimin cream. Here is a link with pictures (note picture 3):

Thankyou for your reply, You could be right but I feel like the spots are very different but will give that treatment a try anyway
