Chicken has one curled toe?

I have a hen who is about a year old (Easter Egger). Last week I noticed her exterior toe on her left foot is is curling sideways/backwards. It is not curling under, but sideways like a scythe (you know the one the Grim Reaper is depicted as carrying?). She is not having trouble walking. She is eating and drinking fine and is laying as normal. Should I be concerned? Splint the toe? Advice please!

I am not sure what could be going on, but I assume you have looked at her toes/feet to make sure it's not bumble foot. I hope you can figure this on out I'll give ya a bump and maybe someone else will know what it is.
