Chicken has water coming out of mouth, looks 'sleepy.' Please help!

I have a hen that seems to be sick. She's not moving around too much, and when I picked her up, tinted water gushed out of her mouth several times. I isolated her with something to drink/eat. She is drinking a lot, but isn't eating from what I've seen. Her eyes look drowsy, and she has started shutting them completely. As of yet, I have not seen stool from her. Anyone know what could be wrong, and how to help?

It appears that she actually has a crop full of water, yet she keeps drinking, which leads me to believe that something is blocking the exit of the crop. She still isn't being active.

Sounds like an impacted crop. Do a search for that.

If left to long she could get sour crop. Not good. You can massage her crop and see if you can get the blockage clear.

Update on our hen: her crop has gone down over night, and she seems to be more perky and a tad bit more active! She's eating yogurt right now, and seems to be passing solid stool. Don't think we're out of the woods yet, but I think we're on the right path!
