CHICKEN IN NEED OF HELP, NOT EATING, DRINKING, AND JUST STANDS THERE

Hello, we recently picked up a few chickens from this lady. We were told that there was on that was supposedly egg bound. We felt for an egg and we werent sure if we felt one. I also stuck my finger inside to feel for one. I couldnt. We gave her epsom salt baths too. She will not eat or drink. All she does is stand in one place. Yesterday she had pooped for the first time in a day. The first time it was sandy. Now it is green. We figured she could not be egg bound then seens she pooped. We still dont know whats wrong. She has ate some cucumber but not a lot. She wont eat or drink anything else. She just stands there. PLEASE HELP!! I have attached a picture.

It is about normal sized, it is kind of watery tho

We dont know if she has ever layed an egg or not, she is about 1 year old
