Chicken is sick. Can't figure it out!

My barred rock hen has been sick for about a week now and I've tried to do some digging on here and other websites. I've read multiple different threads but was hoping someone could help me decipher which problem it actually is.... Symptoms: she sneezes, rattling breath, hard time breathing especially if worked up, shakes her head, and has a smell around her head. Initially I thought she might have a respiratory infection and so I separated her and have been giving her VetRx nightly. She doesn't seem to be improving and I really don't want to lose her. I also don't want to just start trying all the other options to treat things that may not be the issue.... She doesn't have any worms in her throat or under her tongue that I can see. And she doesn't have a runny nose or eyes. Please help!

If she has a bad odor it sounds like coryza
