Chicken laid one egg then stooped!

Help! We are first-time chicken owners and don't really know what to do. We found a tiny egg, we think it's our Olive egger. She laid it on October 5 and hasn't laid an egg since. We went on vacation for several days and they only went out once. We searched all over the run and coop and even checked all over the backyard. It's been more than a week since she laid an egg!

We got all 5 of our chicks on May 14 from the same farm and one is consistently laying everyday (she's a white Plymouth rock). Is there something we are doing wrong? Could it be the weather playing into effect? We have enough oyster shell laying around for them and we gradually mixed their started feed with the layer feed about 2 weeks ago. All the chickens are healthy, free-ranging from morning till dusk. Not sure if there's an issue or we need to just wait it out.

She's a young pullet coming into lay as the days grow steadily shorter. She may lay through the winter or wait until spring.

Days are getting shorter. She's either gonna stop until next spring, or is taking a break, & start up again later.

She's a new layer, & things like this can be normal. My sister's Easter Egger, she laid her first egg, then took a 3 week break, before laying again.
