Today I had to contact the animal control because we had two pitbulls trying to get to our roosters. The officer informed me that we had to have two acres atleast in Cherokee County to have chickens. I looked online for this info. but could not find it? Does anyone out there know the answer to this?Pam The state is Georgia

    Cherokee County in what state?

You can check your city or county code on the city or county website.
  3. Have you checked with your county seat directly? It would seem to me that if you are in an unincorporated area, that rule wouldn't apply....
