Chicken layers fail to reach peak

I have a good number of chicken layers for commercial purpose. They have been laying eggs for the last six months but they have failed to reach production peak. The production keeps 60% and 63% production. The feeding formula is ok and no symptom signs of any ailment. Please advise.

What are you feeding them? How old are they? What breed are they? Have you checked for parasites?

Have you had them under artificial light for the winter?

We don't have any winter period in tropical Africa. May be something else
