Chicken Laying egg without shell?

    Wrote ahile backabout this and was told by the group to layer feed them and give them oaster shell. Been doing that but the one hen still lays eggs frist thing in the mornig with no shell. she is the only one doing this. Vet here will not take chickens as they are food not pets. Any other ideas? Thanks, melanie

    You can put some Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother ( the junk on the bottom) in her water. It helps the absorption of calcium.
