Why are they losing there tail feathers? Is that normal?

Losing tail feathers is a normal part of molting and the severity of a molt as well as its duration can vary from chook to chook. If you think something else may be going on we'll need more info. though--How many chickens/how much space/what do they eat/how old are they/anything else you can think of.
