Hey everybody, I am new to the group. I have 31 chickens at the moment. 15 outside and 16 in the brooder. My boys are 7 and 9, and their “I’m too young to get a job” fund comes from helping to raise babies for some of our friends. We raise them until they are 6 weeks and sell them to our friends who are too busy to raise baby chicks. We have tons of fun doing it! We have polish, buff orps, buckeyes, and sapphire gems of our own. We have bantam sebrights, Black oegb, silkies, Easter Egger, and California whites in the brooders, as well as two bantams I haven’t figured out quite yet. Thanks for having me here! I love learning more about chickens!
