Chicken not eating and keeps opening her mouth

In the last few weeks I have noticed my orpington has list a lot of her breast weight, she try's to eat when food is given but struggles to swollow it and it just falls out of her mouth. She is a little raspy and keeps opening her mouth, she is drinking though. I have given the whole flock a worming feed but as she can't/won't eat I'm not sure she has got treated. Any suggestions? I might try her on meal worms today and some yoghurt as she is very subdued as I guess no energy from no food. I have checked her crop and it seems ok and not full she does have a bit of a smell to her tho.

Hi I'm sorry to hear this, she may have Tricomonas, have you looked in her mouth for yellow deposits? have a read of this https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/trichomonas she will need metronidazole from the vet to treat her but may be too far gone

Many thanks for this have looked in her mouth but signs of anything in there looks nice and clean. Have checked all hens today tho and none of them seem overly heavy on weight so don't really know where to go from here with her/them.
