Chicken pecking and trying to eat other birds' beaks. Help!

I have 3 Dominique hens about 3 months old. I recently started free ranging them and noticed one of them is trying to eat the other birds' beaks. They have bloody indents on their beaks that I am treating, I don't know how to get the bird to stop pecking them. I have her separated right now.

Try a thing that prevents feather eating, you put them on their bills, so that they can't see directly in front of one another, they can still eat though.
