Chicken pecking

So I have a pecking order with my four chicks. Mrs. Piggy is the lead hen. Her and Dedra are going at it. I caught Mrs piggy pulling out her feathers this morning and cheat bumping! I don't know how much is okay vs when should I seperate the bully?
