10x10 chain link. Poultry wire inside for containing chicks. Electric strands outside. Has never been breached. (Critters can't stay close enough to dig, rip or tear, they check or bump electric and scoot)

I have an extra charger, and the little house that's negotiable.
You just need a ground rod. Super easy to configure the electric.
Good condition.

2 people can move around the yard pretty easily, so you dont ruin your lawn. I raised 30 chicks and did not move it since.

Make an offer! ...its a nice pen. For a broody or a trio kind of set up. I let my guys free range every day...on my time. NICE to NOT have to open the coop bright and early.

They can safely go in and out themselves til you open the door.

Some animals can tear/chew through it, but there is the more likely issue (at least where I am) of digging, climbing, or flying in.

Under Forum (at the top of page) click on Backyard Chickens, then can either click on Coop & Run Design or Predators & Pests and post your question there. Would put that you are a newbie in the title with partial question. Sorry I can't help you because I don't know what rat wire is.
