Is the bird acting sick? Are all droppings like this, or only occasionally? That looks like a cecal dropping to me, and normal. Those happen about every 10 droppings. The color and consistency are different than regular droppings and they are usually stinkier.

No everyone's acting OK and the poop board looks fine they're new hens so I'm a bit mother henning them lol

Those droppings look pretty normal! No worries, it's always a good idea to watch, and look for changes, sometimes it does matter.
