Chicken Recued Roo, Hen Breed?

Need to know what breed, it fits in my hand very sweet little thing smaller than my bantums.
Also posting pictures can any one tell if its a boy or girl, lady said boy but no horns & no crowing ( got it last night )

He looks to be a Japanese cross maybe a Serama cross. Spurs you mean, not horns.

Agreed possibly Serama cross male.

He may still grow spurs in, they come a little later on sometimes. Some of my bantams didn't crow until 7 months or later. While others were trying before 8 weeks.

Mind if I ask what makes him rescued?
