Chicken run coming to an end

    Almost done with the chicken run for when they aren't free ranging the property.

    Yea, we now. Our room is next to the coop so if anything happens I will hear it. I am a very light sleeper

    Chickens on the roost will remain quiet after dark, you will wake up to a bunch of dead chickens one morning when a predator gets in.

    Still need to put up the welded wire but it's done enough to let the girls out during the day.

    I think you will find that 19g 1/2 inch hardware cloth is more predator proof but otherwise the setup looks wonderful.
