chicken saddle HELP!

Hi, I not sure if I'm in the right thread. I am having so much trouble with my chicken saddle. I bought 2 saddles from mypetchicken and put them on today. The girls are having a hard time walking with them on. One hen is backing up a lot and gives up and just sits down. I put it on the way the directions said to. Any suggestions?

It ok,
When you first put them on the hens will back up, sit down etc...

After a few hours they will be fine. However, some take longer to get use to the saddles. I had a hen who sat around for a whole day, until she got use to it.
