Chicken see's stuff and acting crazy!?!

Hey guys, i have a hen and you know she was healthy but wasent active dosent eat much and sleeps alot she like that everyday, but today when i was rakeing leaves i saw her and she keeps moving like she see's stuff around her and she moved her head alot its dark already and she still acting crazy, she acts like a crackhead if i must say. she loose and we give her food and water..... any ideas what has happen??

she a little over a year old i had her with a rooster but she keeps getting out but i have her right now and she acts like she seeing ghost or somthing.

We give her food nutrieted Water fried meal worms and chicken food she is alwayls loose so she can go peck around and find live food but she dosent eat even when i put her in a flock.

What do you normally feed her?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
What does her poop look like?

Check her over for lice/mites and see that her crop is empty in the morning. Feel the abdomen for any bloat/fluid.

Photos of her eyes may also be helpful - have you noticed if they have changed color? Does she react to your hand being placed near the eyes?

A basic examination of her is what you need to do too. Head to toe front to back right down to her skin.
Check her ALL over.
