Is an occasional chicken sneeze (I have noticed one a day for a couple days) normal? They all act healthy and fit and very energetic...do I have reason to worry?

Mine do this occasionally, also. Allergic to feathers, I guess.
As long as the sneezing is not excessive, and a clear spray on you, then there's probably nothing to worry about.
If the chicken is sneezing phlegm, or has a thickish discharge and is off her feed, I'd be worried.
