This is the you tube video of my hen, momma, making her noise. Is this normal for a hen? I am just learning whats normal and not.

You have the distinctive honor of having a crowing hen! Sometimes hens just feel the need to crow, and yours does so remarkably well!

I have a crowing hen, but she doesn't crow nearly as well as yours! And she hasn't felt the urge to crow in some weeks now, so crowing in hens may or may not be a permanent feature.

I hate to ask this, but that's a well defined crow. Are you sure she's a hen?
