Hello, one of my chickens got attack 2 days ago by a fox. She wasn’t hurt badly just a couple feathers gone. I checked every body part. She was eating and drinking but she would fizzy up her feathers and sleep. Could she gotten too scared that she doesn’t want to eat? She drinking water mix with hydro hen I mix in but won’t eat. Her dropping are fine. Is there anything I can do for her?

Is her crop emptying overnight?

Re-check her over really well for injury and bruising (bruised skin has a green color).

Losing a couple of feathers, shouldn't be causing her to act this way, so the fox may have squeezed her and she's suffered some internal injuries.

The hydro hen is good to give. Get her hydrated first, then offer her some wet feed, a bit of egg, etc. to entice her to eat.

Can you check her over again to see if you missed any injuries. Try the sweetened water or watermelon this morning to see if she'll eat and drink. Do you have nutri drench?
I checked her again, seem around where he feather we pulled from the butt was a bit purple. But her injuries wasn’t serious from what I saw. She passed away this morning after I gave her some water.

Most likely from her butt area her feather were gone but it wasn’t serious from what I saw. As you said, internal fatal injuries. She didn’t look bruised. I believe it was the shock she stop eating and drinking. I gave her water this morning and shortly she passed away.
