Chicken Tractor Wanted (under $100),southeastern MN

I got this idea from the GREAT chicken tractor I saw in another thread! Unfortunately I have no way to go get it.
I am looking for a sturdy chicken tractor, doesnt need to be pretty, under $100.(I am NO GOOD at carpentry!!)
If I dont find one, maybe I can convince fiance to make one..
