Just a couple of words of warning....Yeah, I'm that person.
Chicken wire is not predator proof.
I'd worry about your feeder getting wet.
How big is it, in feet by feet?
Are your birds bantams or Large Fowl?

The feeder hasn't gotten wet as of yet, if it becomes an issue we will address it. I'm not sure what the square footage is (and I'm not home right now), but this is our second time owning chickens (we moved from the East coast this past summer) so I'm aware of how much space they need. This tractor was designed based on our previous experience with chickens...
