chicken wants to come in the house

My chicken is acting very strangely.
Not only is she squatting, which I understand may mean an egg soon.
But also she vocalizes loudly at the sliding glass door.
When I open it, she come in and wants to hang out with me in my office.
I have 8 other hens & she seems to prefer to being in the office than with the others.

She's going through chicken puberty. She'll most likely settle down after she starts laying.

Thank you. We actually just got our first egg about 30 minutes ago.
I'm so excited...you'd think I layed it myself.
