I have 2 roos about 10 weeks old that I noticed this on this afternoon. One also has a runny nose. Still kinda new to chickens and not sure what to think of it

    Welcome to BYC.

Runny nose, sneezing, coughing, wheezing and discharge from the eyes can be an indication of respiratory illness.
Separate any that are showing signs of illness and provide them with their chick starter and plenty of fresh water.
Monitor their symptoms, if they get worse then, antibiotic treatment may be necessary or seek vet care.
