I am new to raising chickens and I have a Buff Orpington who will not come down from the roost. If I take her down she seems fine. I have not noticed any of the other hens pecking at her. She will run around with them in the yard. And she goes up to roost at night with all the other ones. Other than her not coming down on her own, she seems normal. Any ideas?

Age? How is her poop? Is she eating/drinking at all? Molting?

She is about 9 months old. It is hard to tell if she even is pooping. She will eat, I have not seen her drink. I was taking her down for a few days and she would act normal. She ran around and foraged with all the other chickens. One day I just left her alone to see what would happen and she eventually did come down late in the afternoon. I guess she's ok now, but I don't really know. She still takes her time coming down.
