I'm so proud of my husband!!! Yesterday evening one of our SS didn't come back into the coop. This morning we figured out what the problem was....a red fox!!! We heard choas outside, when my husband saw one of our roosters in the mouth of a fox! Thank goodness for the hubby's quick thinking and his muzlle-gun in the truck. He shot the fox with one the roosters in his mouth. The rooster lived and when I went to do a head count, all the chickens were counted for!! Chickens -1 Fox -0 [IMG]
