One of my chickens started acting sick less than a month ago. She's lost weight, is pulling out her tail feathers, her feathers seem to be losing their color, and she's not as friendly as she used to be. Then, about a week ago another chicken started doing the same, but she's also missing feathers in her neck. Their both about 2 years old if that helps. They're the only chickens in the flock suffering from this. Does anyone know what's going on or what to do for it?
Thanks all

If they are molting, you should see some new feathers coming in.
Extra protein sources can be a higher protein food such as flock raiser (or an all flock feed), chick starter/grower, gamebird feed, etc - these feeds have extra protein, but not as much calcium. So, you should add oyster shell on the side. I also offer crushed egg shell especially if you have other layers in your flock.
You can also treat with some cat food, black sunflower seeds, boiled eggs, tuna, dried mealworms, etc. These will add extra protein to their diet as well. Just remember treats should be about 10% of their daily nutrition.
If you post pics, they can help in figuring out if it is a molt.
