My flock of Sebrights will be up to 9 shortly with one Roo. I was wondering If I hatch some Bobwhite eggs would the chickens tolerate them in the same coop?

I doubt it would be a good idea.
There are some disease risks, as well as different housing needs.

That will not work out well! :) I could see injuries in either direction, bobwhites flushing from stress, escaping, catching diseases from the chickens, etc.

(and keeping their food separate would be almost impossible!)

As stated above, housing quail and chickens together will cause competition for food, quail suffering from diseases, and quail being very low on the pecking order. If you plan on raising quail, make sure they're at least 15-20' away from the chickens to prevent stress and diseases.
