Chickens and hurricane sandy

Will my chickens be safe in the coop when hurricane sandy hits or should i bring them inside?

I would definatelly bring them in. I didn't think I would need to bring mine in until the wind blew one of my chicken pens away and crushed it! I then immediately brought them into the dry part of my garage caged up. The storm hit us here in VA yesterday, so be prepared and safe. Remember, your life is more important than your chickens. Chickens can be replaced but you can't. Good luck!
