Chickens and Silkies don't seem to like Laying Mash crumbles?

I started all my chickens on medicated crumbles and then switched to laying mash crumbles. My main flock free range, but don't seem to be eating the laying mash?? My silkies are in their own coop and run and they don't seem to like the laying crumbles either? Any ideas?

It sounds harsh, but when they get hungry, they'll eat it.

Are you making the food wet?? Maybe they just don't want icky wet stuff. Try just dry crumbles. You can also lock them in the coop for a day and they will eat w/e is in the coop.
