My chickens are nearing 6 months and still don't eat the grit we I've them but since our house is pebble dashed they eat any tiny rocks from the wall. Should I try different grit or is the fact that they eat our walls enough?! They eat other food fine and are very healthy so no problems with under eating or anything! [IMG]

If they don't eat it, then they don't need it. Your walls appear to be all the grit they want. Plus the joy of picking it off there [IMG]

They probably just don't eat it when you are looking [IMG] I add a bit to their crumble food so they get a bit in their diet. If they don't eat it, I agree, they don't need it.

    Thank goodness it's cheap!
