Just after this pic was taken the "gang" dragged the dog thru the fence and held her at gun point demanding her weight in corn. The Speckled Sussex cockerel was heard to say "corn or the dog gets it"

that's funny!!! i do have to say though my cat thought he was going to be the head honcho walking in the run with me and laying there like he owned the place. he soon found out these birds bite and wanted out fast!!!

Adorable. Every time we go into the chicken run, our dog (all 12lbs of her) comes to the gate like she wants to come in. She tried it ONCE...and never has again (though she still pretends she's going to...if you hold the gate open, she backs up).
