How do you still have a hosta near chickens, mine devoured all my hostas like they were candy coated or something

How do you still have a hosta near chickens, mine devoured all my hostas like they were candy coated or something

Well by the end of the summer they were pretty beat up. Theres a picket fence around the garden but most of the chickens fly it so the hostas werent safe.

Thank you. @ChickyWhicky, for starting this thread and to everyone who has contributed photos of their naughty chickens (which is probably redundant, because aren't they all naughty?).

I am sitting here, in the dark, laughing out loud at the antics. And, I feel a little better about my delinquent birds!
